Our Story
Endure Fort Farms is a family business founded by John Lindsey who is proud Army veteran and experienced contractor. He has over 20 years of managerial and operational experience in large-scale industrial and commercial construction with the last 9 years focusing on environmental remediation. Some of his notable projects include the construction of the Lucas Oil Stadium, The Tenaris Steel Mill, multiple D.O.E projects including some at SRS and the closure of multiple coal ash ponds across the country.
The idea of EF2 started when John and his family purchased a lake front farm and wanted to install a dock but could not access the water due to a thick mat of Hydrilla and other invasive plant species. He attempted many different labor-intensive and inefficient ways to remove the invasive species but made little progress due to the difficulties gaining access with traditional equipment and having to do most of the work manually. There had to be a more efficient way that would not harm local wildlife or ruin the natural beauty. He had to look all the way to the Netherlands for a solution and found one.
From there, the problems he encountered with land management, erosion control, storm damage and rain scaping began to stack up and he had to do something about it. That is how EF2 began, he decided to create a company to serve others that are struggling with the same concerns all across the CSRA.
